Shipping policy

All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs which will be quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Our prices include taxes. Please make sure to track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you.

We unfortunately can not take responsibility for any package once it is in your country. Please note a signature is required to receive your order so please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery.



We are currently not accepting returns or providing refunds, please see our exchange policy below: If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our exchange policy allows you to return any items (excluding sale items) to bed on water within 14 days from receipt. Please email to request and confirm with us the reason for your exchange. The shipping cost and duties for the exchange will need to be paid for by you. Please note you are responsible for the exchange shipping and we highly advise you to obtain proof of postage in the form of a tracking number and keep the receipt and details, as bed on water is not responsible for any exchanges that fail to reach us. Items should be exchanged as received and in their original packaging: any packages exchanged damaged or in poor condition will not be exchanged. Please include your packing slip in your exchange shipment and mark this as an exchange. Once we receive your exchanged product(s) we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange provided the products are returned in perfect, unused condition with all the original tags still attached and hygiene stickers. We try our very best for exchanged to be processed within 14 days of receiving. We handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new product shipped if available, if not you will receive store credit. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Discounts using codes do not count as a sale item. Please note that the newsletter sign-up discount code can not be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other discount.


Shipping back to us

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
